I highly recommend Lila for anyone who wants to access and release the hidden source behind any behavioral or addictive pattern that hasn't been resolved from traditional therapeutic, coaching, or spiritual practice.

Being merely curious in her work when she offered to guide me to the source of my still-lingering fears around food and eating, I was more than surprised – I was truly blown-away-delighted and amazed at the power of what she embodies and transmits. 

In my experience, Lila is part of a wave, a new-breed, a channel for the new frequencies and codes that are pouring in to help us radically transform at every level of being. She carries these in her field, and when I opened to receive them, we merged as frequencies in a kind of dance of surrender and discovery. And I am not new to "leading edge", or deep work…

I became depressed at age six, which led to wanting to commit suicide over an extreme addiction and eating disorder, leading to a near death experience at age 23. in 1970. My life review showed me that I needed to stop hiding my pain and to start asking for and getting help, resulting in over ten years of radical, transpersonal therapies that were just emerging in California at the time – many of which I ended up facilitating:

Gestalt Therapy – individual and group, Psychodrama Groups, Primal Scream Therapy, John Bradshaw's Inner Child Work and Jung's Shadow work, combined with A Course in Miracles and over four years apprenticing with traditional Peruvian Shamans in a group of 27 highly committed individuals. Years later as a practitioner of hypnotherapy, holotropic breathwork, EFT (emotional freedom technique), and finally, Family Constellation Sessions, led by my now deceased husband, an NLP practitioner, all while facilitating A Course in Miracles for over 20 years.

The work that Lila does is simply "next level", a new breed entirely of deep work that we don't really have language for yet. It is simple, direct, immediate, and in my experience, cuts through the veils of mental constructs to the landscape where our unconscious structures from impressions and inherited patterns, individual and collective, live.

In one session, she prompted me to remember what I had buried as the source of the remaining, nagging distortions around food and eating. It was the primal, gaping hole from the original separation – a hunger that could never be filled with anything except the full light of who I am – a relief beyond any words that felt like centuries of healing. 

And then, another surprise – a powerful red dragon archetype that first entered my sacral chakra in an ayahuasca ceremony some 12 years ago, unfurled into full awareness as it filled my entire body and field. Laughing and crying, I fully remembered her again as we reunited in love's creative power.

After my first session with Lila, I felt like a new person.

I was pleasantly slowed down, settled, and tuned in to my inner self. I felt calm and energized at the same time, yet both were different from what I was used to. I wanted to stay in that state for as long as possible.
